Week 2 Instructional Strategies Q2

Friends~This week, in preparation for our November 1st PD,  I wanted to touch on Balanced Literacy. Kindergarten Reading
RiK.2 With prompting and support, identify the main topic and identify key details in a text.
RL.K.2-With prompting and support, retell familiar stories, including key details.

  

                 Kindergarten Math
K.G.3 Identify shapes as two dimensional (lying in a plane, “flat”) or three dimensional (“solid”)
     

  First Grade Reading
RL.1.2. Retell familiar stories, including key details, and demonstrate understanding of their central message or lesson.
  

                 First Grade Math
NBT.1 Count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. In this range, read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral.
  




Second Grade Reading
RI 2.1 Ask and answer such questions as who, what, where, when, why, and how to demonstrate understanding of key details in a text.
